Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Oro Jewels velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
